Delivery & Shipping

Pray and Bloom Shipping Policy

We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of your orders. Every effort is made to provide a prompt and efficient service, however, please note that delivery times are estimates only and Pray and Bloom will not be liable for delays and damages once customers orders have left the premises. 

Delivery within Australia

At Pray and Bloom, we will make every effort to process your order once payment has been made. Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. We observe all NSW public holidays. 

Please note that during any sale times and busy seasonal periods there may be higher than usual demand and it may take longer than usual for your order to be dispatched.  We will do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. Orders will be sent automatically as 'Authority to Leave' to be left in a safe place, unless otherwise requested. 

Currently, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. This can be arranged at an additional charge. Express shipping can also be organised with an additional charge. Please contact us as soon as you place your order if you wish to use the above options.

Shipping fees:

  • Flat rate shipping of $11.90 for all deliveries within Australia, excluding bulky orders.
  • Orders being sent to remote and regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. We will contact you prior to dispatching your order if additional charges are involved or if there is an issue with delivery.

International Orders

For orders outside Australia, please send an email with your selection and we will advise delivery cost.

Returns Policy

All goods, once sold, are non-returnable or refundable unless deemed faulty or damaged as per Australian Consumer Law. 

If for any reason, our products fail to meet your expectations, please contact us at prayandbloom@gmail.com. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover listing and transaction fees.

Packaging

We try to be conscious of the environment when packaging your products so we reuse shipping boxes as much as possible. They have safely transported their contents to us and are still in great shape when we deliver them to you. We encourage you to reuse them again, either for shipping or as a cardboard creation for your children!
